SHIPPING AND RETURNS
~ BUYING ORIGINAL ART ~
Domestic Shipping within U.S.: All our Domestic Shipping for the United States & Canada Order are shipped via UPS. All shipments include insurance calculated in the price. All shipments are trackable, and we will email you a tracking number upon shipping of your art.
Within U.S. Sales Tax: If you are shipping to an address in the state of Texas, it required by state law for Deepa Fine Arts to charge 8.25% sales tax on each item. This is calculated in your shopping cart before checking out.
International Duty and/ or Value Added Tax: Due to international and intercontinental shipping laws and regulations, it required by law that Duty Tax and/ or Value Added Tax be charged. Each country specifies each tax rate. This is calculated in your shopping cart before checking out.
Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are pre-calculated for U.S., Canada, and Overseas.
Shipping from U.S. to Canada and Abroad: We use FedEx for all overseas shipping items.

Ready to Hang: All paintings are shipped ready to hang, using professional grade wire and attachments.
Custom Order: Custom orders are welcome. Please contact me via the website, and I will be happy to discuss your personal needs for the artwork you envisage.
Return Policy: We are committed to quality products, and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. The artwork must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged. Return shipping cost at customer’s expense; buyer must insure artwork for return.
Returns for Damaged Originals: If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way contact me ASAP. Take a photograph of the damaged product and shipping package (only if the package is also damaged). You may return Original painting for a full credit f the product cost within days of receipt (excluding shipping charges) by following these simple steps:
- Email deepadesignscape@gmail.com to obtain the detailed return instructions for your order, and give a reason for return.
- Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed Return Request. You must return the items via a trackable method such as FedEx or UPS.
